About Vicky Schubert, CPCC, PCC

Vicky SchubertCertified in CTI’s Co-active coaching method and credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF), Vicky Schubert, CPCC, PCC, has been supporting leaders of organizational change for over fifteen years. As the principal of Inspired Alliance, she works with executives, managers, teams, and individuals to deepen their sense of fulfillment and purpose and amplify their professional impact. Before establishing her coaching practice, Vicky held senior management positions with both for-profit and nonprofit organizations focused on improved learning and organizational development practices.  As Marketing Director for Pegasus Communications, she built relationships with management theory thought leaders and helped them share their cutting-edge ideas and methods through publications, webinars, workshops, and conferences. As Connectivity Manager for the Society for Organizational Learning (SoL), founded by Peter Senge, she provided resources and collaboration platforms for consultants, researchers, and managers passionate about creating more human-centered organizations. Prior to that, Vicky was a partner at Options for Change, a consultancy where she co-developed team performance tools and trained teams and leaders in their use. In her various roles she has supported change processes in diverse organizations ranging from global corporations such as Boeing, Ford, and Saudi Aramco, to small and large enterprises in the nonprofit and public sectors. Representative recent clients include Atrius Health, The Combined Jewish Philanthropies, Brown University, University of California at Davis, University of New Hampshire, York County Community Progress Council, and the National Catholic Development Conference. Vicky is also a singer, a volunteer narrator in the recording studio of the Perkins Braille and Talking Book Library, and former chair of the Reading Cultural Council, a local affiliate of the Massachusetts Cultural Council. She is certified in the Leadership Agility 360 assessment and holds a BA from George Washington University and an MS in management from Lesley University.
